Leadership: In this session, participants will reflect on their personal definitions of leadership, explore the role of cultural resilience in leadership, and collaboratively build a framework of mindsets, knowledge, and skills essential for effective leadership.

Working Across of Difference: In this session, participants will explore the 7 cultural dimensions, develop skills for engaging with diverse perspectives through humility, practice collaborative problem-solving using a structured tool, and offer each other constructive feedback to strengthen interpersonal understanding.

How do you plan on getting to the event?

If you select the chartered bus option, we will follow up with details around the pick-up locations, times, and additional logisitics.

If you plan on taking your own transportation (e.g. driving yourself, taking BART, etc.), you will be reimbursed for personal travel expenses (e.g. mileage, parking, bus fare, tolls, etc.). If you select this option, we will follow up with details around the reimbursement process. Please remember to save all receipts.

Gardening & Outdoor Projects: planting flowers/herbs, building planter boxes & garden benches, painting & upkeep to outdoor gym spaces, etc.

Signage & Decor: building bulletin boards, painting indoor signage, etc. *this is a good stationary option*

Donation & Clothing Organization: sorting clothing donations, hanging and folding clothes, organizing the Clothing Closet, etc.

Classroom & Facility Renewal: removing outdated materials from classrooms, clearing out unused items, breaking down boxes, disposing broken furniture, etc. *this option may require more movement, including lifting/carrying items*
